Our Arctic Extreme Tuff-Deck scales are constructed with materials up to two times the strength of A36 steel. Add to that our analog, digital or hydraulic load cells, steel or concrete decks and pit or pitless installation options, with a low profile and modular design you’re looking at a heavy-duty scale that is stronger, flexible for future expansion, and cost-efficient.
All of our Tuff-Deck scales feature a stainless steel hermetically sealed rocker pin load cell design for easier mounting. Plus, the load cell is highly resistant to corrosion, constructed with the latest manufacturing technology, and offers a 30-60 tonne capacity, 150% safe working overload, and 350% ultimate overload capacity.

Tuff-Deck Load Cells
The standard Tuff-Deck steel vehicle scale utilizes a self-restoring rocker pin design load cell, 30 ton capacity each, with 150% safe working overload, and 350% ultimate overload capability. This load cell is manufactured from 17-4 PH and 316 stainless steel materials and is highly resistant to corrosion.
The rocker pin load cell allows a simple mounting arrangement with one lower and one upper bearing. The load cell is supplied with a rubber boot to protect the lower bearing from mud contamination. There are no links or pins to wear out.
